Shipping Policy

At Flexora, we provide reliable delivery to ensure your purchased mobile phones arrive safely and promptly. Shipping costs are transparent, and each order is carefully packaged to protect your device. We build trust through clear and responsible delivery practices.

For security and fraud prevention, identity verification is required upon delivery. The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID, and Singpass verification will confirm the purchaser’s identity before the product is released. Delivery is completed only after successful verification, and may be rescheduled if verification cannot be completed at the time of delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Flexora, all products are brand new and carefully inspected before delivery. Due to the nature of electronics, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a product has been opened, used, or activated.

 

If a product is defective or not functioning upon delivery, customers can raise a dispute via email or our official contact channels. Each case is reviewed individually. For confirmed manufacturing defects, Flexora will work with the customer to determine a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or referral to the manufacturer’s warranty, subject to assessment and availability.

 

All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and products must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
