Our shipping costs are transparent, and every order is carefully packaged to protect your device during transit. To safeguard both our customers and our business, identity verification is required upon delivery. The recipient must present a valid government-issued photo ID, and Singpass verification will be conducted to confirm the purchaser’s identity before the product is released. This step is part of our commitment to responsible installment sales and fraud prevention.
Delivery will only be completed after successful verification. If verification cannot be completed at the time of delivery, the delivery may be rescheduled.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Flexora, all products sold are brand new and carefully checked prior to delivery. Due to the nature of electronic products, returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been opened, used, or activated.

If a product is found to be defective or not functioning upon initial receipt, customers may raise a dispute with us. The issue must be reported as soon as possible after delivery via email or any of our official contact channels. Each case will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Where a genuine manufacturing defect is confirmed, Flexora will work with the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or referral to the manufacturer’s warranty process, subject to assessment and availability.

Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and accessories intact.
