  • Flexora reserves the right to substitute models of equal or higher value if required.

Pricing & Instalment Plans

  • Prices and instalment plans shown are indicative only.

  • Final pricing, deposits, and instalment terms are confirmed after approval.

  • Instalment plans are customised based on eligibility and risk assessment.

Application & Approval

  • All applications are reviewed manually.

  • Approval is not guaranteed.

  • Flexora may request supporting documents for verification.

  • Flexora reserves the right to reject any application without obligation to provide reasons.

Collection & Delivery

  • Devices may be collected or delivered as agreed.

  • Ownership of the device remains with Flexora until full payment is completed (if applicable).

  • Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Devices may be collected or delivered as agreed.

  • Ownership of the device remains with Flexora until full payment is completed (if applicable).

  • Risk passes to the customer upon collection or delivery.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate and truthful information.

  • Customers are responsible for safeguarding the device.

  • Loss, theft, or damage does not release payment obligations.

Default & Termination

  • Flexora reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of default.

  • Further terms will be set out in the individual hire-purchase agreement.

Payments

  • All payments are made via bank transfer only.

  • Payment instructions will be provided after approval.

  • Instalment payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Proof of payment may be required.

  • Late or missed payments may result in suspension of service or recovery actions in accordance with the agreement.

  • For any late or missed payment, a late fee of 1% per day shall be applied to the monthly installment amount only. The accumulated late fee will be payable at the time the overdue instalment is settled.
