Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and truthful information and are responsible for safeguarding their device.

Loss, theft, or damage does not release payment obligations.
Default & Termination

Flexora reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of default.

Payments

All payments are made via bank transfer.

Payment instructions will be provided after approval.

Instalment payments must be made according to the agreed schedule, and proof of payment may be required.

Late or missed payments may result in service suspension or recovery actions as per the agreement.

A late payment fee of 5% of the overdue instalment amount per day, calculated on a non-compounding basis, shall be charged from the day after the instalment due date until the overdue instalment is paid in full.
